Refund policy

1. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons
At this time, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of min
- Incorrect item purchased
- Personal preference
- Carrier-related delivery delays
- Items that have been opened or used
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
2. Quality Concerns — Free Replacement
If the product you received has a quality issue, we are happy to provide:
- A free replacement (reshipment), or
- Reshipment of missing or damaged components
To request a replacement:

- Your order number
- Photos or video showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
3. Damaged Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos or video of both the packaging and the product, and we will issue a free replacement immediately.
4. Lost Packages
If the tracking status indicates that your package is lost, we will provide:
- A free replacement, or
- A resolution based on the carrier’s investigation

Refunds are issued within 3 business days after we receive your returned item. All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
